We manufacture the prefabricated elements needed for the construction of an apartment building based on the client’s design and based on the Norwegian (TEK10), Swedish (EUROCODE-5), Finnish (RYL, RT catalogues, EUROCODE-5) and UK construction rules and regulations.

Energy efficient joints – the structural joints of apartment buildings manufactured by us have been optimised using the Therm software system. This is how we eliminate the thermal bridges of the apartment building and increase energy efficiency.

Extra rigid elements – unlike most other manufacturers of prefab elements, we use diagonals and tenons to ensure our prefabricated elements with extra rigidity. Diagonals and tenons are installed with the fully automated Hundegger K2 wood processing centre.
Maximum level of completeness of prefabricated elements – if the client has the needed drawings, we will install vent pipes and electrical accessories into prefabricated elements. Weatherproof packaging – we pack the prefabricated elements needed for the construction of an apartment building in a weatherproof plastic. Thanks to the high-quality packaging, the prefabricated elements kept on the construction site will not need additional protection for up to 4 weeks.
Transport according to the client’s needs – we provide transport of prefabricated elements based on the order of construction of the apartment building. However, the transport of elements can be organised in the order which ensures the minimal transport costs.
Installation in any weather – thanks to weatherproof packaging, prefabricated elements for the construction of an apartment building may be installed in any weather.
