Timbeco element houses and element constructions

We produce different construction elements for building houses (wall-, ceiling-, floor- roof-, terrace-, balcony- and railing elements). Thanks to the high readiness level of elements, using our element construction a house can be built in 3-5 days depending on the size of the house. Maximum sizes of the elements are 3 x 12m (height x width).

We offer element constructions in maximum readiness. The materials used in the elements depends on the type of the product.
In ThermoLog ecohouses we use certified ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, wood fiber wind barrier, reinforced ecological construction paper etc.).
In other element products traditional construction materials are used (mineral wool insulation, plasterboard, vapour barrier plastic etc). 

 Short description of the readiness of the elements:

 ·         External wall elements: painted external wall cladding or brick/plaster facade underboard; wind barrier; wooden frame (C16/C24); insulation; air- and moisture barrier; electrical tubes and boxes; internal cladding (boards, plywood, plasterboard or fiberboard Fermacell). There are windows and doors installed to wall elements together with external cover boards and waterboards.

·         Inserted ceiling elements: load bearing plate (OSB or particle board); floor joists (C16/C24); insulation; construction paper; installation laths.

·         Floor elements: plywood/wind barrier; floor joists (C16/C24); insulation; load bearing plate (OSB or particle board).

·         Roof elements: breathing roof underlayer (works also as wind barrier); compound rafters (C16/C24); insulation; moisture barrier; installation laths.

All elements are equipped with certified (CE) ropes/slings, which ensure safe and secure lifting and installation of the elements.
